Age Limit : The candidate’s age must be between 21 and 35 years. Education Mode : The scheme is applicable only for Regular Students. Distance or Private students are not eligible. Employment Status : Only unemployed candidates can apply. Before applying for Saksham, it is mandatory to register with the Employment Exchange. Scheme Duration : The Saksham Scheme is valid for an initial period of 3 years. After 3 years, it can be renewed. Document Submission : After applying online, candidates must submit all required documents at the Employment Office within 20–30 days.
Monthly Work & Allowance : If a Post Graduate / Graduate / 12th pass candidate completes the monthly work assigned by the department, they will receive an honorarium of ₹6,000 to ₹20,000 or more. If the candidate does not wish to take up any work or job, they will receive only an allowance of ₹1,200 / ₹2,000 / ₹3,500 per month (depending on qualification).
