- For the Office of Labour Commissioner, B.Tech Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, BCA or Graduation with PG Diploma in Computer Application, or equivalent/higher relevant qualification is prescribed.

5. Translator
- Graduation from a recognized University or Institution.
- At least 120 hours course with hands-on experience in Personal Computer/IT in Office Productivity or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government-recognized or reputed ISO 9001 certified institution; OR equivalent 'O' Level Computer Information Technology course of DOEACC, Government of India.
6. Field Artist
- Graduate in Music, Drama or Dance from a recognized University.
