IBPS RRB XV Recruitment में educational qualification post के अनुसार अलग-अलग निर्धारित की गई है। Office Assistant और Officer Scale-I के लिए सामान्यतः किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से Bachelor Degree आवश्यक है, जबकि Officer Scale-II के Specialist Posts तथा Officer Scale-III के लिए निर्धारित professional qualification एवं experience जरूरी है।

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से किसी भी discipline में Bachelor Degree अथवा equivalent qualification। संबंधित RRB द्वारा निर्धारित local language में proficiency आवश्यक है। Computer का working knowledge desirable है।
  • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): किसी भी discipline में Bachelor Degree अथवा equivalent qualification। Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics या Accountancy में degree रखने वाले candidates को preference दी जा सकती है। Local language proficiency एवं computer knowledge desirable है।
  • Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer: किसी recognized University से किसी भी discipline में Bachelor Degree तथा minimum 50% marks। इसके साथ Bank या Financial Institution में Officer के रूप में कम से कम 2 वर्ष का experience आवश्यक है।
  • Officer Scale-II IT Officer: Electronics/Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology अथवा equivalent में Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks। Relevant field में कम से कम 1 वर्ष का experience आवश्यक है।
  • Officer Scale-II Chartered Accountant: Institute of Chartered Accountants of India से Chartered Accountant qualification तथा कम से कम 1 वर्ष का experience आवश्यक है।
  • Officer Scale-II Law Officer: मान्यता प्राप्त University से Law Degree अथवा equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks। Advocate के रूप में 2 वर्ष का experience अथवा Bank/Financial Institution में Law Officer के रूप में 2 वर्ष का experience आवश्यक है।
  • Officer Scale-II Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant अथवा recognized University/Institution से MBA in Finance। Relevant field में कम से कम 1 वर्ष का experience आवश्यक है।
  • Officer Scale-II Marketing Officer: किसी recognized University से MBA in Marketing। Relevant field में कम से कम 1 वर्ष का experience आवश्यक है।

📝 Selection Process

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Preliminary Examination और Main Examination के आधार पर selection/provisional allotment किया जाएगा।

Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination और Common Interview selection process का हिस्सा होंगे।

Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Examination के बाद shortlisted candidates को Common Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

📚 Exam Pattern

Office Assistant और Officer Scale-I के लिए Preliminary Examination में Reasoning तथा Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude के tests होंगे। Preliminary examination के बाद shortlisted candidates Main Examination में शामिल होंगे।

Office Assistant और Officer Scale-I के Main Examination में Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language तथा Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude से संबंधित questions होंगे। Main Examination में कुल 200 questions और 200 marks का structure निर्धारित है तथा duration 120 minutes है।
